first of all THANK YOU to all who were there in the November Phase02 meeting!!!

I highly appreciate your engagement for our purpose: Mother-child hospital in Cambodia.
And it has been intensive joy for me to be with you!

VERY first of all now: there were some who have not come Phase02 WITHOUT communicating it. We need you!
Please be so kind and never do that again. You cannot immagine the stress hormone coming up
to get substitutes (it is practically IMPOSSIBLE to get healing musicians at the instant since they have their duties)
or to practise with too few participants in any of the sections and begin all over again in the next meeting.

We all need a very intensive decision against or better (and desired) FOR the project.
For example: Nils has decided to leave us and told me in time NOW, so we have some time to find another oboe now. At the moment we only have the wonderful Anna!
In the spirit (and in our project) there is only freedom.
So please feel free to leave the group or STAY.
But TELL ME RIGHT NOW  if you leave to give me the time to look for participants until February.

Hopefully you will stay.
Then: Please check as precise as man and woman can that you can DEFINITELY BE PRESENT ON ALL
DAYS between thursday 25th (18.00 hrs) to Sunday 28th February (17.00)
AND ALL DAYS OF THE FINAL WEEK (we all must take holidays):
ARRIVAL Sunday night 18th July at youth hostel Stuttgart, beginning rehearsal Monday morning
General rehearsal thursday night 22nd July (open to relatives and friends, ca. 2 tickets available per participant)
performances on 23rd, 24th and 25th July in the afternoon  so that at 17.30 hrs everybody can BEGIN to travel.

Each  of you will get a double layer DVD as soon as I can make the copies (for CREW ONLY! not published.)
with all rehearsing and performance material available.
Only a little part can be put on YouTube.com  for quality reasons.
But the DVD should give the satisfaction of what we have achieved
you have worked a big lot!
and let you percieve what we can improve.

If you know people from companies who could buy an entire performance for 160.000 Euro or sponsor significant amounts of money you may show them the DVD.
This is the most urgent next step so we can order the rest of the costumes and cover other costs for the stage decoration.

Some of you (Angelika??) have many good photos. PLEASE send me a copy on CD.

The very constructive critics on necessary improvements have been phantastic!

THIS is self-healing power of our team!

So I plan to send you a plan far in advance so that we can practise in separate sections intensively
and then put the entire opera together on Saturday evening - maybe even with scenic play.

The recital will be on 10.30 hrs on sunday ( no other time slot available). Maybe we have a sponsor who wants us
somewhere else, then it would be in the afternoon.

Also the "professionals" will work more with the "semi-professionals" and intensify the exchange and satisfaction on all sides.

Well, I would not ask David or others to come from the USA but this is closer to Poland, 2 hours east from Hamburg.
