We cannot guarantee single rooms inside the guest-house, the guest-house cooperates with local hotels.
Possibly an external single room may cost up to 65 Euro per day.

Prices calculating for THREE DAYS IN THE GUEST HOUSE with FULL PENSION (all meals) PER DAY:

double room (give information if you want to stay with a certain person in advance please!) 39 Euro

for the room keys you have to give an identity card as "guarantee" which you will get back after refund of key.

On  thursday 25th RIGHT AFTER DINNER at 19.30 hrs at the Stadthalle Weikersheim we expect the first highlight:

Last meeting in phase02 the orchestra has asked me to show more "authority".
I tried hard to give more speed and drive and something moved on.
At the same time I assume that you will have the same excellent discipline and "INNER AUTHORITY" as last time.

Wolfgang (and other trainers) will be punctual at each rehearsal.
No more delays as last time because administrative things will be distributed better.
I beg your pardon for previous delays.

We will have several tasks to distribute and search for volunteers/support

Our concert will be on Sunday morning from 10.30 to 12.45 ca. since we could not get another hour for the
Wandelhalle  in Bad Mergentheim.

So I will organise a later lunch or at least lunch packets.
Hopefully we can keep the rooms until one hour after lunch for refreshing after the concert.

We plan to go through ALL MUSIC TITLES of Magic Flute from 10.30-12.45
lunch 13.45-14.15 and another afternoon rehearsal from 14.30-16.30.

RIGHT AFTER THE CONCERT the loading of instruments needs precise order.
Each function in this process has one responsible person from those participants who have a shorter travel.

Last meeting in November I did not insist on memberships of our beneficial association for the year 2009 which was nearly "done".
But now in the new year it is due to all participants (excluded  students, Hartz IV or very low income, engaged artists).
Our yearly association membership contribution is 60 Euro, there are also sponsor members for 120 Euro and Super Sponsor members at 240 Euro.
